Visionet Ventures has unveiled Reteta, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered clinical care application to automate medical documentation and improve patient care delivery.
Reteta uses Ambient AI to streamline records and coding, boosting the clinician and patient experience.
Developed after two years and supported by $2m in seed funding, the app aims to reduce the administrative workload for healthcare professionals.
Reteta automatically generates subjective, objective, assessment, plan (SOAP) notes, after-visit summaries, and referral letters to other specialities.
This helps clinicians to quickly familiarise themselves with patients through detailed pre-charting, cutting documentation time to just two minutes on average, Visionet Ventures said.
The clinical care platform covers over 15 specialities with its AI-powered scribing tool, Reteta sKribe. This tool transforms patient-physician interactions into detailed medical notes for quick review and signing, saving clinicians up to two hours each day.
It also has an ambient dictation and speech recognition feature that ensures 80% of notes are accepted without edits, reducing burnout, and improving patient interactions.
Additionally, the platform has a Reteta Bcoder tool that automates medical coding and increases accuracy and productivity. This reduces coding errors and minimises claim denials.
Furthermore, the clinical care application integrates with electronic health record (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows. This ensures significant efficiency gains without disrupting existing infrastructure.
