Qventus, a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven care operations software, has introduced AI Operational Assistants to minimise administrative burden and improve patient care.

The AI tools, claimed to be the first in the industry, are designed to help frontline healthcare staff maximise their efficiency by handling administrative tasks on their behalf.

The AI-powered digital assistants are designed to analyse complex healthcare data in real time, uncover operational inefficiencies, predict patient needs, and take targeted actions to enhance care delivery.

Qventus said its solution has been developed in collaboration with health systems like Ardent Health, Allina Health, HonorHealth, and Northwestern Medicine.

These AI assistants are designed to streamline operations by eliminating the need for manual data collection and repetitive tasks.

Capable of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and understanding, these assistants go beyond data analysis to take actionable steps that enhance healthcare delivery.

Qventus co-founder and CEO Mudit Garg said: “At its core, this capability enables healthcare teams to practice at the top of their license.

“Our AI Operational Assistants empower frontline care teams by giving them the tools they need so they can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care.”

Qventus is integrating AI Operational Assistants into its existing Perioperative and Inpatient solutions and has highlighted other areas where this technology can benefit care teams and improve patient coordination.

For perioperative care, these AI assistants are poised to enhance surgical and procedural workflows by automating aspects of pre-and post-surgical coordination.

The integration aims to help hospitals prevent surgery cancellations, alleviate the manual workload on care teams, and boost overall productivity.

Qventus’ AI-powered solutions are optimising patient flow and enhancing care practices for Perioperative and Inpatient teams.

Recently, the AI-driven care operations software provider launched a new Inpatient solution that automates discharge planning, helping hospitals save excess days and money.

Its Inpatient solution also helped in patients receiving early discharge plans, saving the health system excess days and money.

Additionally, the Perioperative solution has improved surgical efficiency by increasing operating room access and case volume.

Last month, West Tennessee Healthcare, a not-for-profit healthcare system partnered with Qventus to improve operating room (OR) efficiency, utilisation, & surgical growth using the latter’s Perioperative Solution.
