Oracle NetSuite has introduced a new solution to help healthcare organisations improve their efficiency and support Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
The new solution, dubbed NetSuite SuiteSuccess Healthcare Edition, will help healthcare organisations rapidly access the latest cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
It will help organisations simplify business processes, expand insights, improve decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance patient care.
The NetSuite Compliance 360 will help healthcare customers improve customer record visibility, advance audits, and HIPAA-related investigations, to enhance patient privacy.

NetSuite SuiteSuccess Healthcare Edition is an industry-specific pre-configured solution that comes with pre-defined role-based dashboards, reports, KPIs, and workflows.
The new solution is designed to help healthcare organisations improve their operational efficiency, gain faster time to value, bolster security, and support compliance.
It helps them automate and streamline transactions, payables, and receivables, improve purchasing controls, and accelerate reporting.
Also, healthcare organisations are enabled to have a real-time view of inventory across all locations including medications and medical supplies.
The comprehensive view of inventory helps customers reduce costs and minimise delays by optimising the reorder processes and confirming the right quantity of stock.
NetSuite SuiteSuccess Healthcare Edition helps healthcare organisations quickly and accurately manage assets and leases for medical devices, ambulances, or offices.
It helps them control access to electronically protected health information (ePHI), with role-based access controls, password policies, and multifactor authentication.
Also, the new solution allows organisations to monitor access to ePHI in NetSuite to identify unusual activity and report on interactions with patient data.
