Mach7 Technologies, a medical imaging and data management solutions provider, has joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN) to strengthen its enterprise imaging platform using cloud technologies.
The APN is a global community of AWS Partners that use AWS programmes, expertise, and resources to develop and sell customer solutions.
Under the agreement, Mach7 Technologies will use AWS services to access patient data across healthcare systems.
Its flagship product, the Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Solution (EIS), is a next-generation platform that includes a Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), eUnity Enterprise Diagnostic Viewer, and Diagnostic Workflow Applications.
Designed for flexibility and scalability, Mach7 enables customers to deploy a complete enterprise solution or select individual components based on their needs.
The EIS help healthcare professionals aggregate, manage, and visualise imaging data across their organisations from anywhere.
The platform offers a connected, vendor-neutral enterprise imaging infrastructure built on a modern technology stack, supporting growth, innovation, and adaptability.
By integrating with AWS, Mach7 Technologies enhances its ability to provide healthcare providers with a comprehensive view of patient imaging history, improving diagnostic confidence, guiding treatment plans, and ultimately enabling better patient outcomes.
Mach7 Technologies CEO Mike Lampron said: “Mach7’s purpose is to enable exceptional patient care by empowering providers to make more informed decisions. An important aspect of this is to ensure clinicians have access to a patient’s comprehensive imaging history.
“Cloud enablement through AWS allows us to achieve this purpose by accessing massive amounts of data regardless of data source or imaging acquisition location.”
The medical imaging company on AWS will offer access to a patient’s imaging data and related information, regardless of its origin or source.
It also enables the visualisation of these studies within the Mach7 eUnity Enterprise Diagnostic Viewer for diagnostic interpretation or clinical review.
For healthcare providers, this means patient images and relevant prior studies from multiple departments and specialities can be accessed through a unified platform anytime, anywhere.
Additionally, Mach7 Technologies offers the flexibility to support on-premises, cloud, or hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
As an APN member, Mach7 Technologies joins a global network of 130,000 partners across 200+ countries. Together with Amazon Web Services, they collaborate to provide new solutions, tackle technical challenges, and deliver value to shared customers.
