Fujifilm Healthcare Americas has extended its partnership with the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) to enhance access to medical imaging in rural communities.
Fujifilm has been selected as a Platinum Partner for a second three-year term to provide turnkey imaging solutions, including MRI, CT, and ultrasound, for rural healthcare facilities.
Rural hospitals can benefit from Fujifilm’s advanced imaging systems, ensuring patients receive quality care close to home.
Fujifilm is set to provide the same high-standard medical imaging systems as urban centres.
Also, it supports rural medical centres in maintaining top-tier care capabilities and attracting skilled professionals.
FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation modality solutions marketing executive director Shawn Etheridge said: “At Fujifilm, we believe everyone should have high-quality medical imaging and care close to home.
“It’s a privilege to extend our longstanding partnership with NRHA to build upon the strong relationships we’ve cultivated with rural hospitals and directly assist NRHA’s members by providing advanced medical imaging solutions and services to enhance care delivery in their communities.”
Fujifilm collaborates with rural providers to assess and upgrade existing imaging services, offering compact and versatile solutions.
The company also addresses the financial challenges faced by rural hospitals by offering custom, low-capital-impact purchasing plans.
Its plans enable rural healthcare systems to acquire state-of-the-art technology, expand services, and boost revenue without significant financial strain.
Also, Fujifilm will partner with rural hospitals to develop custom marketing and educational programmes.
The initiatives will attract investments in high-quality medical technologies and focus on the importance of routine exams to the community.
NRHA members can explore Fujifilm’s solutions for rural markets at the 48th Annual NRHA Conference & Exhibition, scheduled for 20-23 May in Atlanta, Georgia.
National Rural Health Association Service Corporation Rural Partnerships and Leadership Development director Kodi Smith said: “Access to high-quality imaging shouldn’t depend on your zip code. We value the continued involvement of organizations like Fujifilm that provide rural healthcare providers with tools and technology that help keep care local.”
