CareConnect, a provider of home care artificial intelligence (AI), software and services, has partnered with occupational health solutions provider Mobile Health to transform compliance and workforce management in the home care industry.

The collaboration will integrate CareConnect’s advanced Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Compliance, and Shift Matching technology with Mobile Health’s occupational health services.

Both companies will launch a comprehensive compliance platform to improve caregiver recruitment, retention, and operational efficiency for home care providers nationwide.

CareConnect’s AI-powered solutions help homecare agencies streamline workflows, reduce caregiver hiring and onboarding time, lower costs, increase referrals, and minimise penalties.

The platform enhances caregiver engagement and provides valuable insights through predictive analytics, enabling agencies to recruit, engage, and retain caregivers more effectively.

In September 2024, the company introduced Home Care Insights, the first in a series of new websites designed to optimise the workforce and deliver care.

CareConnect CEO Matt McGinty said: “Partnering with Mobile Health allows us to offer a fully integrated compliance ecosystem that not only supports regulatory requirements but also enhances caregiver engagement and efficiency.

“Agencies can lower acquisition costs, reduce onboarding costs, get new caregivers into shifts quicker, keep them compliant so caregivers don’t churn, and reduce audit fines. All with a higher level of white-glove service.”

Starting in the New York home care market, the partnership will expand nationwide. It will offer a solution for compliance tracking, health screening, and record management.

With full system integration, home care agencies will get automated compliance workflows, real-time caregiver status updates, and an easier process for credentialing and medical clearance, CareConnect said.

Mobile Health CEO Todd Wolf said: “By combining our expertise, we are eliminating inefficiencies, optimising our platform and operations, and setting a new standard of service in the industry.

“All while making it easier for home care providers to maintain compliance while ensuring that caregivers are always workforce-ready.”

Michael Appel, senior vice president and general manager of Home Care at CareConnect, will oversee the implementation of this partnership, ensuring a smooth rollout and continuous optimisation of the integrated platform.

The official launch of the integrated platform begins now and will be completed by 30 March 2025.
