Bradford Health Services, an addiction treatment and recovery services provider, has acquired Florida-based behavioural health provider Lakeview Health for an undisclosed sum.

Lakeview Health offers four programmes, The Rose, The Star, Koru Spring, and Stepping Stones, across its campuses.

The Rose and The Star provide gender-specific treatment. Koru Spring focuses on eating disorders, while Stepping Stones offers in-network solutions.

The acquisition is anticipated to integrate these programmes into Bradford Health’s network to provide tailored care to individuals facing addiction and co-occurring disorders.

It will also expand Bradford Health Services’ ability to expand its reach and service offerings.

Additionally, the deal will help meet the increasing demand for comprehensive, patient-centred therapy.

The four programmes will also enhance services for diverse patient populations across the Southeast region.

Lakeview Health CEO Jamie Stevens said: “Joining Bradford Health allows us to utilise additional resources and expertise, enhancing our ability to provide specialised care to more patients.

“This partnership supports our shared commitment to quality treatment at all stages of recovery.”

The merger of Lakeview Health and Bradford Health will focus on patient care and outcomes.

Both organisations will combine their expertise to improve recovery success rates and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

The latest announcement follows Bradford Health Services’ acquisition of Vertava Health of Mississippi in Southaven in November 2023.

The addiction treatment provider has a network of 40 facilities. These sites offer services like early intervention, crisis response, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalisation, residential care, inpatient detox, and others.

Alabama-based Bradford Health Services was acquired by American private equity firm Lee Equity Partners in October 2022.

Bradford Health Services CEO Rob Marsh said: “Our mission at Bradford Health has always been to empower individuals to reclaim their lives from addiction through compassionate, evidence-based care.

“The acquisition of Lakeview Health is a significant milestone in our growth strategy, allowing us to expand our services and provide a broader range of specialized care options to our patients.”

Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, advised Bradford Health Services on the acquisition.
