ARA Diagnostic Imaging (ARA), a Radiology Partners-affiliated practice, and UnitedHealthcare (United) have reached a new long-term agreement for both commercial and Medicare products that will restore United’s members’ in-network access to their ARA imaging providers.
As of January 1, 2025, ARA will return to United’s network. This agreement reintroduces a partnership between the two parties and makes clear the strong collaboration that will be in place moving forward to best serve ARA’s patients and United’s members.

The radiology services we provide are central to early detection and disease management, making it critical for our community to have access to quality radiology care,” said Dr. Gregory Connor, practice president for ARA. “We appreciate the United leadership team for recognizing the importance of providing in-network access to high-quality radiological care for its members.”
