AllazoHealth, a therapy initiation and adherence company, has unveiled its new artificial intelligence (AI)-Enabled Dynamic Modular Content technology.
The solution personalises patient communications using predictive AI and identified patient data to improve medication initiation and adherence. This will help pharmaceutical brands enhance patient engagement.
The AI-Enabled Dynamic Modular Content allows pharmaceutical marketers to use pre-approved interchangeable content modules. These include subject lines, email texts, images, and calls to action.
According to US-based AllazoHealth, this flexibility enables targeted, personalised and optimal outreach to patients.
AllazoHealth’s technology is an easy-to-deploy feature that is designed to predict individual medication behaviours, optimising the content, channels, timing, and frequency of communication.
The solution predicts which content modules will most effectively support each patient.
It uses a pharmaceutical firm’s pre-designed, legally, and medically approved modules to personalise and streamline content. This helps patients to start and stay on therapies, ultimately improving health outcomes.
AllazoHealth CEO William Grambley said: “Pharmaceutical companies that excel at personalisation are exceeding their goals because their customers are more engaged.
“Our AI-Enabled Dynamic Modular Content helps pharmaceutical companies effectively predict the most relevant information for each specific patient, at the right time and in the ways they prefer to receive it, helping boost medication initiation, adherence, compliance, and patient health outcomes.”
AllazoHealth harnesses datasets and insights from millions of patient touchpoints.
It uses over 500 behavioural predictors and learns from more than 275 million communications across emails, calls, and texts to refine its models and outputs.
The health technology firm said that the pharmaceutical entities using AllazoHealth’s AI-Enabled Dynamic Modular Content reported that patients receiving dynamic modular emails stayed on therapy longer than those receiving standard AI-generated emails.
Built within Microsoft Azure, the latest offering is fully HIPAA-compliant and HITRUST-certified.
It is also designed to integrate with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign Manager, enhancing patient outreach and engagement strategies.
