US-based non-profit transplant service provider MTF Biologics has expanded its five-year collaboration with Centurion Therapeutics, a distributor of medical products.
The expanded collaboration aims to provide more clinicians and patients within hospitals and post-acute care facilities, with access to advanced wound care technologies.
Centurion will obtain exclusive rights to distribute MTF Biologics’ portfolio of tissue technologies, including placental, dermal, and adipose tissues.
It will cover tissue forms including the Amnioband Membrane, Salera Membrane, Salera Mini-Membrane, Allopatch Pliable, Allopatch Meshed, Somagen Meshed Dermal Matrix, and Leneva Adipose Matrix.
The partnership also includes provisions for ongoing training, marketing, and support, for effective promotion and distribution of the tissue forms.

Centurion Therapeutics will play a key role in expanding the reach of MTF Biologics’ tissue forms to key customers.
Its customers include surgical podiatrists, orthopaedic surgeons, spine surgeons, vascular surgeons, OB/GYN surgeons, and general surgeons.
The partnership highlights both companies’ commitment to improving patient care in complex surgical wound management setting within the acute and post-acute care setting.
