Oneview Healthcare, a provider of patient experience solutions, has announced a two-year extension of its partnership with Baxter International to include Canada.
Both firms signed the Value-Added Reseller Agreement in June 2023 for the US market and prioritised sales enablement and operational readiness.
The partnership allows Baxter to sell, quote, contract, and deliver Oneview solutions through comprehensive training in Baxter’s Care & Connectivity Solutions division.
The collaboration aims to enhance patient engagement and improve care team efficiency.
Oneview Healthcare and Baxter are also working on a joint product roadmap to streamline integration and enhance patient experience and quality of care for Baxter customers.
The Oneview Care Experience Platform (CXP), part of Baxter’s Care Communications portfolio, provides a cloud-hosted solution featuring patient televisions, tablets, digital door signs, and digital whiteboards.
These tools enhance connections among patients, families, and care teams, improving the overall patient experience while reducing the burden on care staff.
Additionally, the MyStay Mobile product lets patients access the platform on their own devices, offering a flexible alternative to traditional hardware at the point of care.

The patient experience solutions provider has already deployed its new Digital Door Sign product for two Baxter customers.
Recently, Baxter received purchase orders from another customer for Oneview’s complete suite of patient televisions, digital whiteboards, and digital door signs.
Both companies aim to enhance patient care through technology. This contract extension and expansion into Canada will help to explore new opportunities and broaden their reach.
This collaboration leverages Baxter’s nationwide network of technicians and installation contractors to streamline the deployment of the Oneview CXP.
